Vintage most likely handmade heathered wool tweed button front dress. I believe from sometime between the 1940's and 1970's.
There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's size medium or large. Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit.
Great vintage condition with the exception of a wear mark on the front. The inside snaps are coming loose
